Yay I'm a pharmacist now & all that good stuff. Go me.  Who knew I'd get  through without a hitch!  I didnt.  It sure is nice not to be broke!  I'm getting all new bedroom furniture...super king size bed & all the other junk that is supposed to go in the bedroom, including a matching armoire (sp?)/tv cabinet thingy.  Only problem is that my bedroom now isnt big enough...gotta find a new place to put it!  At least my lease ends in July:)

To follow-up on the car thing, I love the newest car...I didn't realize how crappy the Camry handled til I drove the new car.  One thing i dont like about it...black interior is a bee-otch to keep clean!  I plan to keep it as long as possible!

Anyway, yes I have a steady schedule/job/all that...but don't think im gonna be rollin in cash.  I have over $2000 in credit card bills from living expenses for the last couple months b/c I couldn't work enough along w/ school.  It will sort out one of these days, but not soon.

Have fun!!!

Got a car..it's ok, just not my car.  It's almost brand new...only 2100 miles when I bought it on Monday nite.  From the stats that the car provides, it wasn't exposed to much highway time, which is obvious on the front end...no rock chips!!  I hope the car enjoys its time being flawless b/c with all the highway/freeway driving I do, it won't last long.  Anyway...I hope the car grows on me.  If not in the next couple mos, I may sell it & get a profit since I bought it for about $4k below blue book.  This dealer was desperate to sell the car!  Well, not just that one in particular...he was willing to part with quite a few of his inventory for much below blue book prices.  The only thing that sucked was that my car was paid off by the insurance on the 18th...just 2 days before buying the new one, so it was still on my credit report.  The finance guy was a little confused, but I talked him into a reasonable interest rate after explaining that the loan was cleared for sure.  So much for that silly Check 21 thing.  If transactions clear instantaneously, I guess the new definition for instant is 2-3 business days.

I honestly do like my new car.  It caught my eye out shopping last week & I enjoy driving it.  It's a little better than the Camry as far as steering & all that mess goes, but it's lower to the ground so it rides a little rougher.  It's a Pontiac...I learned to drive on my mom's Bonneville, so it's got a slightly familar feel.  Of course, my mom had 2 Bonnevilles in a row, of which she had to replace about 3 transmissions & 1 or 2 computers.  Surely these problems have been improved in the last 8 years.  If not, well...we can't predict such things.  The task now is to get to know & appreciate the car...and possibly enjoy it as much as I did my Camry.

Alright folks, it's bedtime.  Hope everybody has had a good week & has a wonderful weekend ahead!
